Sorry to hear those stories Vidhya, that is the horrifying reality out there. Doctors so confidently invalidate what we feel about ourselves, most of the time from the place of ignorance and sometimes prejudice.
I am always thankful that i have a network of queer people whom i can reach out to for help or research.
