Inclusive, I learnt this word only in the last few years, but for me it is more about feeling safe and with people treating me as “normal”. Starting of my career I was closeted and it was so hard and when I moved to bangalore, started meeting community people and made friends, I somewhere found courage to transition. After I transitioned I told at work, they received it well and mostly all of them are accepting in my team.
I want to work hard and finish some certifications that I kept for myself as goal, and only I I feel safe I feel I can work with my full potential or else I will only be focusing on what is saying what about me or wonder who is going to hurt me next.
