    Read lot of analysis around the NCERT teacher’s training manual and NCPCR clearly is ignoring the trauma experienced by gender non-confirminig kids, outright ignoring the bullying,harassment is ignoring a huge section of kids that will grow up coping with this trauma or worse. NCPCR should be safeguarding kids, not protecting kulcher…!
